To help our clients drive innovation we focus on building empathy with the ‘humans’ our clients serve. Towards this end we seek to map their needs, and motivations and behaviors. These solutions are explorative and seek to develop a deep understanding of user goals, motivations, pain points, and the tasks they perform based on a holistic understanding of user contexts and culturally prevalent codes.
Towards this end we use both explicit and implicit frameworks. Data used for this includes both primary, secondary and digital data and conversations.
The idstats team also is proficient in the 5-step design thinking process of building empathy, defining, ideation, prototyping and testing to drive agile innovation. Towards this end we also work with experienced design partners who can help us in defining the entire solution through agile wire-framing and front-end UI. To process the insights we use established frameworks from anthropology, psychology and sociology. We also use high end analytics & modelling; and AI & Machine learning for text, audio and video analytics.
